Vote by February 23, 2016 (Weekly’s voting page indicates Feb 24, but managing editor Mark C. Anderson’s post says by February 23) in the Monterey County Weekly’s Best of Monterey County 2016 survey.

Many of the Weekly’s “Best of Monterey County” categories include nominees who participate in The HER Helmet Thursdays Project. That means they encourage bicycling by giving 10-50% discounts on Thursdays year-round to males and females who bike.
