Special note: For the month of September 2010, please do feel free to contact me, though do so by phone or postal mail. Why? I will not be responding to email or comments until October, because I’ll be “Falling in Love with Cycling” all over again!

- For all cyclists who need a prompt reply: I am happy to return calls on weekends, holidays, and evenings whenever possible, as well as Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Pacific time).
- For businesses and organizations interested in HER Helmet Thursdays: Please indicate the best time to reach you. I am happy to phone you evenings or Saturdays if that’s helpful to you, as well as Mon-Fri, 9-5. You may also click here to use the online sign-up form, and I will follow up by phoning you to confirm your info.
- For all others: Calls are normally returned Mon-Fri, 9-5–within the hour whenever possible, and usually no later than 5 pm on the next business day.
